2. Service Description

SwiftShine Car Wash provides professional doorstep car wash and detailing services in Patna, Bihar. Our services include:

  • Exterior car washing and cleaning
  • Interior vacuuming and cleaning
  • Dashboard and upholstery cleaning
  • Tire and rim cleaning
  • Deep interior cleaning and detailing
  • Premium car care packages

Service availability may vary by location within our coverage areas. Specific service details and inclusions are provided at the time of booking.

3. Booking and Cancellation

Booking

  • Bookings can be made via WhatsApp, phone call, or our website
  • You must provide accurate information including address, vehicle details, and contact number
  • Bookings are confirmed upon acknowledgment from our team
  • We strive to accommodate your preferred time slot subject to availability

Cancellation

  • Free cancellation up to 2 hours before the scheduled service time
  • Cancellations within 2 hours may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost
  • No-shows will be charged the full service amount
  • We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
  • Prices may vary based on vehicle type, size, and condition
  • Promotional discounts are subject to terms and conditions and may not be combined
  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in advance
  • We accept cash, UPI, and major digital payment methods
  • Additional charges may apply for heavily soiled vehicles or special requests

5. Service Delivery

  • Our team will arrive at the scheduled time (within a 30-minute window)
  • Please ensure the vehicle is accessible and unlocked during the service
  • The customer or an authorized representative should be present during the service
  • Service duration varies based on the package and vehicle condition
  • We bring all necessary equipment and water; no special arrangements needed
  • In case of inclement weather, services may be rescheduled at no extra cost

6. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate booking information and contact details
  • Remove all valuables and personal belongings from the vehicle
  • Inform us of any pre-existing damage or special vehicle conditions
  • Ensure a safe and accessible location for the service
  • Report any concerns or damage immediately after service completion
  • Treat our service staff with respect and courtesy
  • Ensure parking space availability with adequate room for our team to work

7. Liability Limitations

  • We are not liable for damage to vehicles with pre-existing conditions not disclosed prior to service
  • We are not responsible for loss of personal items left in the vehicle
  • Our liability for any damage caused during service is limited to the cost of repair or the service amount, whichever is lower
  • We are not liable for damage caused by faulty vehicle components (e.g., loose trim, weak paint)
  • Claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion with supporting evidence

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee:

  • If you're not satisfied with our service, report within 24 hours of completion
  • We offer a free re-service to address any areas of concern at no additional cost
  • Re-service must be availed within 48 hours of the original service
  • The guarantee covers quality of work and does not extend to pre-existing conditions

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of SwiftShine Car Wash and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

10. Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute or disagreement arising from our services:

  • First, contact our customer support to resolve the issue amicably
  • If unresolved, parties agree to attempt mediation before legal action
  • Any formal disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Patna, Bihar

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Patna, Bihar.
